Requirements to Operate

 Whether you self-manage or use a professional property management company, your property needs to be registered with the the state. We are currently licensed under Hotels & Restaurants. 

 If you self-manage, filing taxes may look a little different for you than the protocol in place for professional property management companies.  

Currently, short term rentals are not required to register with the county, but remember your DBPR licensing and county & state taxes are required.

 It's important that you stay educated on the local ordinances pertaining to your vacation rental and relay these to guests upon booking.
